Janice Chaffin

Janice Durbin Chaffin is an accomplished independent director with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving at Synopsys since December 2014 as Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee, and at Informatica since November 2019 as a member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Janice has held director roles at PTC since 2013, where the role includes chairing the Nominating, Governance and Cyber Committees, and at CareerBuilder as an independent director. Janice contributes to Illuminate Ventures and UCLA Anderson School of Management as an advisory board member, with a focus on governance. Previous experience includes board member positions at EFI, Montalvo Arts Center, and Ancestry.com LLC, and Janice held an independent director position at IGT prior to its acquisition by GTech. Janice earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
