Werner Truöl has a strong background in various industries, with extensive experience in digital transformation and E2E process design. Werner worked as a Managing Director at Information Factory, where they provided consulting services in the areas of eGov and financial industries, specializing in project management. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Business Unit E-Payment at CREALOGIX AG, where they were responsible for the development and sales of software and hardware solutions for E-Payments. Werner also worked at Zürcher Kantonalbank as a Member of Senior Management, focusing on process and program management in cash and payment systems, as well as multi-channel management. Before that, they held positions at PwC as a Principal Consultant and at UBS as a Program Manager. Werner Truöl's work experience spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise in various leadership roles and industries.
Werner Truöl completed their education between 1983 and 1993. Werner attended ETH Zürich and received a Dipl. El.-Ing. ETH degree followed by a Dr. sc. techn. degree in the field of Elektrotechnik.

Information Factory was founded in 1996 as a Spin-Off of the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
