Joseph Riley

Joseph Riley is a seasoned professional in IT/IS infrastructure and operations, currently serving as the Director of Research at Info-Tech Research Group since July 2018, where responsibilities include conducting research and workshops to enhance IT department performance. Previous experience includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where as Regional IT/IS End-User Experience Manager, Joseph led end-user IT services across multiple regions, successfully managing over 200 employees and achieving key performance metrics. At HP, Joseph recovered a struggling business unit, achieving top performance metrics and earning recognition as Region's MVP. Joseph's early career included positions at Electronic Data Systems and the United States Air Force, where leadership and management in logistics and operations were honed. Joseph holds multiple degrees, including a BS from the USAF Academy, an MS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MBA from LSU, along with several professional certifications.
