Rick Hamilton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Infovista since May 2023, Rick leads initiatives to enhance network and customer experience intelligence for Communications Service Providers and Enterprises. Previously, Rick held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Ciena from October 2016 to May 2023, where efforts focused on transitioning organizations to an on-demand experience with cloud-based services. Prior to Ciena, Rick was Global VP of Professional Services at Juniper Networks and held multiple key roles at Cisco Systems from 2003 to January 2016, including Vice President of Cloud & Managed Services. Rick's earlier career includes leadership positions at DFS Group Ltd LVMH, Cost Plus World Market, Discovery Channel, and Federated Department Stores. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
