Julien Henry

Julien Henry is an experienced professional in project management and IT governance, currently serving as Team Lead for Cyber-Resilience Strategy & Governance at Infrabel since January 2013. With previous roles at Adneom and BNP Paribas Fortis as a business consultant and business development consultant, respectively, Julien has extensive experience in coordinating IT and telecom projects, including scope definition, planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication. Prior positions include Project Leader at SNCB, where project management tasks were executed, and Methods Officer at TUC RAIL, focusing on the creation and implementation of project management tools and methods. Julien holds a degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in International Finance from UCL Mons.
