Adnan Imeri, PhD, is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in technology and research. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Infrachain and Research and Technology Associate at Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), Imeri has held roles as a Professor/Lecturer at Digital Learning Hub Luxembourg and as a Doctoral Researcher at both Paris-Saclay University and University of Luxembourg. Previous experience includes software development at University of Geneva and roles in project assistance and IT management at Asseco South Eastern Europe and Collage Dardania. Academically, Imeri holds dual PhDs in Computer Science from Université Paris-Saclay and University of Luxembourg, along with a Master of Science from University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree from University of Prishtina.

Infrachain
Infrachain is non profit organisation created by the emerging blockchain-related industry and supported by the Luxembourg government. Infrachain bridges the gap between blockchain technologies and the regulatory and legal requirements. In order to achieve this goal, Infrachain creates a supplementary governance model on top of existing technologies allowing blockchain projects to go into operations while respecting European regulatory constraints.
