Tania Ortiz Mena has been IEnova's Managing Director since September 2018, and a member of its Board of Directors since January 2019. Since joining IEnova in 2000, Tania has had different responsibilities, including Vice President of External Affairs and Development of Business and Executive Vice President of Development. From 1994 to 1999, Tania worked at PMI, a subsidiary of PEMEX, as Commercial Deputy Manager of Refined Products, where she was in charge of the international trade of heavy petroleum products. She is currently an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), Member of the Corporate Practices Committee of the BMV, President of the Mexican section of the Private Sector of the Mexico-United States Energy Business Council and member of the CEO Dialogue. Additionally, Tania is a member of the Inter American Dialogue, Counselor of the Mexican Natural Gas Association, Counselor of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Council for International Affairs and a founding member of Voz Expert. Tania was President of the Mexican Natural Gas Association from 2015 to 2016 and Counselor of the Advisory Council of the Energy Regulatory Commission from 2015 to 2018. Tania Ortiz Mena has a Master's degree in International Relations from Boston

University and a degree in International Relations from the Ibero-American University .
