Chris Loo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management across various sectors, including infrastructure and petroleum. Currently serving as Principal at Infrastructure Asia since June 2019, Chris oversees operations in Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh. Previously, Chris held the role of Business Development Manager for Asia at Horizon Petroleum from January 2010 to May 2019, focusing on marketing and customer relationship management, while also managing terminal acquisitions and logistics in China as General Manager at Summit Terminal Ltd from November 2012 to December 2018. Earlier positions include Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche Enterprise Risk Services and Programming Analyst at Singapore Computer Systems. Chris holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Administration from Nanyang Technological University, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Queensland, and a diploma from Temasek Polytechnic, with further education in international relations from Tsinghua University and Waseda University.

Infrastructure Asia
Infrastructure Asia (InfraAsia) is a project facilitation office set up by Enterprise Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore to support Asia’s social and economic growth through infrastructure development, working closely with both private and public sector organisations in Singapore and the region. We bring together industry stakeholders across the infrastructure value chain, from financiers to solution providers, to explore sustainable infrastructure opportunities in the region and facilitate the access of private capital into sustainable infrastructure projects.
