Henry Bothma has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Henry started their career as a Project Coordinator at Aganang Consulting Engineers in 2010, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Implementer of Technology Solutions at OPSI Systems, overseeing the implementation of technology solutions for transport and supply chain companies. In 2014, Henry joined Infrastructure Ontario as an IT Business Analyst and later became a Senior IT Business Analyst, responsible for providing technology solutions and project management support. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of IT Project Manager, where they contributed to implementing Infrastructure Ontario's business and information technology plans. From 2018 to 2020, Henry served as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Infrastructure Ontario. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager and Director of Corporate Strategy at Infrastructure Ontario.
Henry Bothma attended the University of Pretoria from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. In 2015, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
