Judy Satram has a range of experience in human resources and total rewards. Judy worked at Infrastructure Ontario from 2011, starting as a Human Resources Consultant and later becoming the Director of Total Rewards and HRIS. Prior to this, they worked at Ontario Realty Corporation, which is now part of Infrastructure Ontario, as a Manager from 2007 to 2011. Before that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources at MTS Allstream, where they focused on developing a high-performance culture and providing HR solutions to support business objectives.
Judy Satram holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University. Judy also has additional certifications as a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen's University.
