Kim Ellis has a lengthy work history in the human resources field. Kim'smost recent role was as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at Infrastructure Ontario, a position they have held since August 2015. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at SNC-Lavalin from January 2011 to July 2015. From 2001 to 2011, they held the title of Senior Director of Human Resources at SNC Lavalin. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Canada Life from 2000 to 2001 and as an HR Resources Representative at LSI Logic from 1996 to 1999.
Kim Ellis has completed an Advanced Program in Human Resources from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen's University. In 2023, they obtained an Executive Coaching Certificate from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
