Shail Sharma has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several high-profile organizations. In their most recent role at Infrastructure Ontario, Shail served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology, leading the organization's Digital Transformation efforts. Prior to that, they held a position at Weston Foods as the Head of Operations and Supply Chain Development. They also served as the Vice President of Strategy, Transformation, and PMO at OLG and as the Chief of Staff for Mergers, Acquisitions, Growth, and Transformation at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Earlier in their career, Shail worked at Ford Motor Company, holding various leadership roles in Engineering, Operations, and Quality.

Shail Sharma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Schulich School of Business - York University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Shail also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, completed from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a diploma in Engineering Technician, Mechanical Engineering from Seneca Polytechnic, which they achieved from 1992 to 1994. Shail Sharma has also obtained additional certifications in Leadership from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Maple Leaf Foods Inc.
