With prior experience as a Software Engineer at the same company, Troy developed software for groundbreaking grid delivery technology using Terraform and Google Cloud Platform. As a self-employed Software Engineer, Troy created machine learning models that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy. Troy's expertise also extends to human resource management from a previous role at Anglican Schools Commission, where a successful HRIS implementation was achieved.
