Subodh Borkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and software development. Since October 2017, Subodh has served as Head of Operations for India at Infuse Consulting Limited, leading the establishment of a development center in Goa, which has grown to over 60 employees, while maintaining a low single-digit attrition rate and fostering relationships with universities. Prior to this role, Subodh held positions including Sr. Technical Manager at Infuse Consulting Limited, where responsibilities included managing product development teams across multiple locations, and Development Manager at Veritas Technologies LLC and Symantec, overseeing multiple teams and serving as a Product Owner and Scrum Master. Subodh began the career as a Test Engineer at BindView and holds a Master in Computer Applications from Goa University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Govt. College of Arts Science & Commerce Khandola.
