H. Lee Hardies, AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in adaptive reuse, historic rehabilitation, sustainable design, and affordable housing. Currently serving as a member of the Town of Berthoud Historic Preservation Advisory Committee and as principal of H. Lee Hardies AIA, Architect, LLC since October 2022, Hardies focuses on providing innovative architectural solutions. As a founding principal of Infusion Architects since 2014, Hardies has been responsible for various architectural projects spanning health care, multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Previous roles include serving on the Historic Preservation Commission for the City of Longmont and as a director for AIA Colorado North. H. Lee Hardies holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University.
