Elisa Reim

Elisa Reim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and project management, currently serving as Product Lead at ING since November 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing initiatives related to conversational AI and analytics. Prior to this role, Elisa worked at Mercedes-Benz AG for three years, managing dealer network development and digital transformation efforts in Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Alliander, where Elisa honed skills in international project management and stakeholder engagement. Elisa holds a Master of Science in Water Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Technology, both from the University of Twente, complemented by a minor in Psychology and a background in engineering mechanics from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
