Eva Vanova is an experienced leadership coach and senior learning consultant, currently leading programs at Eva Vanova Consultancy and TaskHuman, and driving cyber security training strategies at ING. With a strong background in learning and development, Eva has successfully designed and executed innovative learning initiatives, including the first fully digital program on ING's innovation methodology, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced learner engagement. Previous roles include leadership positions at Booking.com and Shell, where Eva managed cross-functional teams and drove programs aimed at behavioral change and skill advancement. Eva holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master's degree in European Studies, and certifications in coaching and Scrum methodology.
