Isaac Vitini

Isaac Vitini is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior HR Director for Wholesale Banking at ING since July 2022, Isaac previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for Spain and Portugal at ING España & Portugal from April 2018 to July 2022. Isaac's notable tenure at The Coca-Cola Company spanned over a decade, where roles included Global Director of Marketing Transformation and multiple HR leadership positions. Earlier experiences include HR roles at France Telecom Spain and project management at Cadmo, along with consultancy at the Escuela de Relaciones Laborales. Isaac holds a PhD in Psychology from UCM & the University of Surrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, involvement in an Erasmus International Exchange Program reflects a commitment to global learning and development.
