Joël Scheper

Joël Scheper is a Senior Associate in the Loan Distribution Group at ING, where responsibilities include structuring and distributing primary and secondary credit transactions and managing partnerships with institutional investors. Previously, Scheper held various roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., including Associate Distribution Sales, where focus was on sustainability-linked syndicated loans and secondary loan trading. An international assignment in the Telecom, Media, Technology & Healthcare coverage team in Madrid also formed part of Scheper's experience. Earlier career stages include internships at NBI Investors, Kempen & Co, and a role as a Statistical Analyst at Stats Perform. Scheper holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam, alongside a secondary education from Johan de Witt-gymnasium.
