Monika Pijl

Monika Pijl currently serves as Lead Finance Advice at ING, starting in January 2025. Previously, Monika held the position of FP&A Director at WeTransfer from August 2023 to December 2024, where responsibilities included providing financial insights to senior leadership, overseeing planning and budgeting processes, and leading process improvements and tool implementations. Monika's experience also encompasses roles such as FP&A Manager at Wolters Kluwer, where strategic financial advice was provided across multiple divisions, and Manager of Finance Consulting at PwC, focusing on FP&A function redesign and process improvements. Additional positions include Business Controller roles at APG Asset Management, TP Vision, Ecolab, and Philip Morris International. Monika holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Krakow and a postgraduate degree in Controlling and Corporate Finance from the same institution.
