Onno Douma

Onno Douma has extensive experience in program and project management, primarily within ING since 2001. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Learning Transformation in Group HR, Onno is responsible for designing and implementing a new global Learning organization and overseeing the rollout of a Learning Experience Platform. Previous roles at ING include Program Manager for Global HR TOM and Workday, Manager of the Mobile App Expert Centre, and Head of Competence Centre Project Management OPS&IT Banking, where Onno significantly improved engagement scores and reduced absence due to illness. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Manager at KPN and an IT Business Consultant at KLM. Onno holds a degree in Bestuurlijke Informatiekunde from Tilburg University and has studied at KEDGE Business School.
