Rick Shi

Rick Shi is a PhD student at the University of Münster since November 2023 and holds the position of Vice President at ING since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and financial analyst at DBRS from February 2016 to June 2021, and investment analyst at Catella from July 2014 to August 2015. Rick has also worked as a freelance consultant at Advention Business Partners in late 2013, providing market studies, and as a junior consultant at Hay Group, where significant contributions to business transformation and M&A best practices were made. Earlier roles encompass business consultant duties at Bordeaux Saveurs, sales consultant at CDP Beijing, and business development manager at Agence Vitae Conseil. Rick holds an MBA in Business Administration from HEC Paris (2011-2013) and a B.A. in Business English from the Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology (2003-2007).
