Sheila Gemin

Sheila Gemin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology leadership, executive coaching, and driving gender-balanced leadership initiatives. Currently serving as the Global IT Lead for Corporate Technology at ING since September 2021, Sheila also contributes to the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as a member of the executive coaching curatorium and holds various roles, including member of the Raad van Toezicht for Pantar and member of SER Topvrouwen. Sheila's past experience includes roles at Atos as a Client Executive Partner, founder of The Cycling Academy, and leadership positions within PWN Global and PWN Amsterdam, promoting professional development and gender equality. Sheila possesses a Master's degree in Executive Coaching from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a technical background in computer science.
