Tristan Lapoutre

Tristan Lapoutre is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Energy Talent Pool at ING since July 2018. Previously, Tristan held the position of Deputy Head of SF Energy, Transport & Infrastructure at ING Belgium from August 2014 to June 2018, focusing on Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Infrastructure. Prior roles include Head of Origination Energy & Transportation and Head Energy Asia at ABN AMRO Bank, where responsibilities included developing a client and loan portfolio in Asia. Tristan's career also features an Executive Director position at Fortis Bank Singapore, responsible for creating new client portfolios in the energy sector, and a prior role as Vice President of Natural Resources at ING. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor's degree from Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht.
