Markku Koistila has worked in the IT industry since 2002. Markku began their career as a System Developer at IKAB mailing Systems AB in 2002. In 2004, they joined 3L System Group as a Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Account Manager/Project Manager/System Developer. In 2012, they moved to SofTec Solutions as a Business Analyst. Since 2013, they have been a Managing Consultant at Ingage Partners, where they provide consulting services in a variety of areas. Markku also manages a team of business analysts and QA engineers, and works closely with customers to analyze and validate business requirements.
Markku Koistila obtained a Master's degree in Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University between 1998 and 2003. In 2021, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Delivery at Scale certification from ICAgile. In 2022, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transitions certification from ICAgile. Additionally, they hold the CBAP certification from IIBA - International Institute of Business Analyses.
