Jyotheeswara Reddy

Jyotheeswara (Joy) Reddy is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications, currently serving as IT Director for Enterprise Finance & Legal applications at Ingersoll Rand since May 2001. Over the years at Ingersoll Rand, Joy has held various leadership roles, including Global Director for Enterprise HR Applications and Enterprise Application Deployment, as well as Manager of Enterprise Application Services and Lead Application Developer. Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Joy worked as a Senior Oracle Application Developer at Kelly Services and as an Oracle Applications Developer at Manpower. Joy's career began as a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Unisys. Educationally, Joy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
