Kris Ridgway

Kris Ridgway is an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst at Ingersoll Rand since October 2015, providing daily support to end users and monitoring system performance. Previously, Kris worked at Thermo King - Ingersoll Rand from February 2012 to October 2015 in engineering operations and quality, utilizing a CMM and various software to ensure suppliers met specifications. Kris began a career in 2009 as a Drafter/Programmer at Valley Engineering and held leadership positions such as Fabrication Lead Man and Supervisor at Hastings Industries from 2001 to 2004. Starting at Thermo King in 1998 as a Process Operator II, Kris advanced to a press brake operator before transitioning to a role in retail as Head Night Stocker at Russ's I.G.A while attending college. Kris holds two Associate of Applied Science degrees from Central Community College in Electronics Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Design Technology.
