Cathy McCutcheon

Cathy McCutcheon serves as the VP of Total Rewards at Ingram Micro since June 2008, overseeing US medical, dental, vision benefits, 401(k), and global long-term and short-term disability as well as life insurance plans, with a focus on integrating compensation and benefits across numerous acquisitions and divestments. Prior roles at Ingram Micro include Sr. Director of Compensation and Director of Executive Compensation, contributing to a company recognized as a Fortune 100 entity with around $43 billion in revenues. Cathy began a career in human resources at James Hardie Building Products from August 1994 to May 2008, where responsibilities included compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Project Manager at Bobrick Washroom Equipment. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a BBA in Business and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.
