Manish Sinha

Manish Sinha has extensive work experience in HR and technology roles. Manish is currently serving as the Vice President of Digital HR and Shared Services at Ingredion Incorporated. In this role, they lead global initiatives in Employee Experience, Intelligent Automation, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, and various enabling technologies. Prior to this, Manish worked at IBM as an Associate Partner in Strategy and Transformation. Manish also served as the Director of HCM Technology at Wipro. Earlier in their career, they held senior managerial positions at Baxter Healthcare, Covansys (now DXC.Technology), and Hewitt Associates. Manish began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Tuson Corporation.

Manish Sinha holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. In 2005, they obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Institute of Project Management. Prior to that, they completed their BE in Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Manish also has additional certifications, including Cognitive HR - Essentials from IBM (obtained in 2020) and Workday Engagement/Program Management (PM/EM) Certification from Workday (obtained in 2019). Manish also holds various certifications from IBM, including IBM Automation Essentials, IBM Automation Practitioner, IBM Cognitive Practitioner, and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner.
