Rick Duda has had a diverse work experience in various companies. Rick started their career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1994. Rick then worked as a Client Support Analyst at McDonald's Corporation from 1994 to 1998. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP, where they handled complex commercial disputes and conducted investigations. In 2005, they joined Ingredion Incorporated as a Litigation Counsel, managing litigation and resolving various legal matters. Rick later held roles at Ingredion such as Counsel for the Asia Pacific region, Associate General Counsel for South America and Global Operations, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Operations.
