Tushar Shah has accumulated significant work experience in the field of research and technology. Tushar started their career in 1995 at Cardolite as a Process Engineer and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at National Starch Food Innovation, initially as a Sr. Engineering Associate and then as a Principal Engineer. In 2012, Tushar joined Ingredion Incorporated as a Global Product Technology Manager until 2015. Tushar was then promoted to Senior Manager, Global Research & Technology, and later assumed the role of Technical Director R&D in 2019.
Tushar Shah completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Rutgers Business School in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
