Matt Hopkinson

Head of Creative at Initials CX

Matt Hopkinson has extensive work experience in the creative field. Matt started their career in 2011 with a role in the creative/design team at Inition, where they helped launch a new digital platform and worked on concepting for augmented reality and virtual reality experiences. In 2012, they joined GRDD as a Creative, focusing on concepting for augmented reality and virtual reality experiences, as well as designing mobile apps and web-based interactives. Matt then worked at Inferno as a Freelance Creative, quickly transitioning to a permanent team member and taking on a creative lead role across various projects. Additionally, they freelanced at Southpaw as a Creative and ran their own business as a concept product designer. Matt also worked at FCB Inferno as an Art Director and at Frontrunner Creative as a Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Creative at Initials.

Matt Hopkinson has a degree in Graphic Communication from Loughborough University, where they obtained a first-class honors. Additionally, they hold a Distinction in BTEC Diploma Art Foundation, also from Loughborough University.
