Danielle Lance is an experienced media professional with a focus on advertising placement and negotiation. Currently serving as the Manager of Local Partnerships at Initiative since August 2015, Danielle is responsible for advertising activities in the Los Angeles DMA, negotiating competitive rates and added value for various clients, including Albertson's and Amazon. Previously, Danielle worked at GroupM as a Partner and Broadcast Negotiator, where responsibilities included managing advertising across the San Francisco and Denver DMAs, as well as top PPM and LPM markets. Earlier roles include Media Buyer at OMD and Spot Media Affidavit Specialist at TBWA\Chiat\Day. Danielle began their career as a Sales Assistant at Nielsen Entertainment. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Marketing from Mount Saint Mary's University.
