Sarah Owusu is a co-founder and innovation consultant at InkDot, a boutique consultancy focused on enhancing innovation capabilities within organizations, since January 2019. Additionally, Sarah co-founded We Will Lead Africa, a social enterprise dedicated to sharing stories of impactful African leaders, and serves as a storyteller in this initiative. As a Flow Catalyst with ideiaLab since July 2017, Sarah contributes to transforming Mozambique into a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. Throughout their career, Sarah has held various consulting roles, including managing the Global Secretariat for Africa 2.0 and advising on organizational strategy for Peace One Day. Prior to these roles, Sarah worked with British Airways as an Organization Development Consultant and has an extensive background in corporate and social responsibility initiatives. Sarah holds an MA and BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of London and is a certified integral coach from the University of Cape Town.
