Michael Payne

Michael Payne is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in board governance and business development, currently serving as Board Chair at Inkomoko, the largest investor in displaced individuals in Africa. Payne has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as a Board Member for the Safe Routes to School National Partnership and as Executive Director of BikeHouston, promoting safer cycling environments. Prior roles include Principal at Group Chiasma and a series of leadership positions within Shell WindEnergy, focusing on strategy and business development across North America, Europe, and Asia. An early career at Enron Wind solidified expertise in project management and finance.
