Tanveer Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tanveer began their career with HSBC in 2003 as an Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking before joining Standard Chartered Bank in 2007 as a Senior Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions. In 2012, they transitioned to the retail sector, working as a Store Manager for RadioShack until 2016. Tanveer then joined CVS Health as a Store Manager for a year before becoming the General Manager at Staples in 2017. Tanveer is currently employed as the Regional Sales Manager for the Modesto Branch at Inland Business Systems since 2020, and is expected to take on the role of Regional Sales Director starting in June 2023.

Tanveer Ahmed completed their MBA in Finance from the University of Dhaka from 2000 to 2002. Prior to their MBA, they obtained their BBA in Finance from the same university from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Tanveer also obtained several certifications including Effective Client Engagement, Leading for Performance, Core Credit Curriculum, and Leveraging Business Strategy from Standard Chartered Bank, as well as a certification in Credit Risk Management from HSBC.
