Additionally, Andy has a background in the culinary industry, holding consulting and partnership roles at Courage Coffee and Cafe Cortina, alongside recognition for outstanding service in the restaurant domain. Andy's career began at Starbucks as an Assistant Manager, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of customer service excellence.
