Elerod Morris II

Elerod Morris II has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elerod started their career as an IT Associate at Winston-Salem State University in 2009, where they were involved in diagnostic computer evaluation and server management projects. Elerod later became an IT Specialist and worked on project management and remote troubleshooting. At the same university, they also served as a Network Tech, where they supported and managed network implementation and deployment for a major project. In 2013, Morris joined NASCAR as a Systems Engineer, where they led the IT team and implemented software for real-time results, saving the company money and manpower. Elerod also worked as a pit crew recruiter and trainer, responsible for vehicle overhaul and brake systems. In 2014, Morris joined Noregon Systems as an IT Analyst, focusing on firmware development and e-business solutions. Elerod then moved to Inmar in 2016 as an Enterprise Technology Analyst, providing IT infrastructure support and solutions. In the same year, they also worked as an IT Director & Academy Instructor for Forsyth County Schools System. Most recently, Morris was an Instructor at Forsyth Technical Community College and served as the IT Director at BEE GEEK, a company committed to using technology to benefit the community.

Elerod Morris II obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Winston Salem State University. Elerod attended this university from 2007 to 2012. Alongside their undergraduate studies, they also pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Information Technology from Winston-Salem State University, completing it from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Elerod has obtained several certifications including Organizational Data Security Fundamentals from Cybrary in January 2017, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Inmar in September 2015, and HIPPA certification in February 2015. Elerod also possesses an HDI certification, although the institution and date of acquisition are unknown.
