Rafael Gatti has extensive work experience in finance and planning roles. Rafael began their career as a Trainee Varejo Unibanco at Itau-Unibanco in 2007 and later became a Sales Planning Analyst, Business Analyst, and MIS and Strategic Planning Coordinator. In 2012, they joined SKY Brasil as a Financial Planning Manager. In 2015, they moved to Inmetrics where they initially served as the CFO and later became the Executive Director of Finance, CFO.
Rafael Gatti has a diverse education history. Rafael started with a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Market Intelligence from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, which they completed in 2010. More recently, from 2018 to 2020, Rafael attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
