Karli Lundergan

Karli Lundergan currently serves as Chief People Officer at INNERGY since June 2025, following a notable tenure at Momentus Technologies from May 2017 to June 2025, where Karli held the positions of Vice President, People & Culture and Director, People & Culture. In these roles, Karli developed a global people strategy and established centralized operations that enhanced talent management and employee relations, while also focusing on leadership development and cultural transformation. Earlier career experiences include managing HR functions at Morning Star Church and coordinating events at Fox Theatre in St. Louis. Karli holds a degree from Missouri State University.
