Stefanie Schaumburg

Stefanie Schaumburg is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior CRM Manager at InnoGames since September 2016, where previous positions included CRM Manager, Junior CRM Manager, and Team Lead for Community Management. Prior to InnoGames, Stefanie worked at Goodgame Studios from January 2013 to September 2016 as a Community Manager and Customer Service Representative. Early career experience includes an internship as a Social Media Manager at Cosmic Sound GbR / Sine Music in 2010. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Online Media from Hochschule Furtwangen, completed in 2012, and an Abitur from Adolf-Reichwein-Gymnasium Heusenstamm, graduated in 2007.
