Amar Pabla joined Innomar in 2015. He leads a team of 500 nurses across the country who are focused on providing best-in-class patient experiences at both InnomarClinics™ and home infusions/injections. He also leads the Pharmacovigilance team of over 50 associates who are committed to quality pharmacovigilance and medical information services for our clients.
Amar has over 35 years of Canadian and international pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience, in both primary care and specialty pharmaceuticals. He is a champion for the positive outcomes that cross-functional collaboration and deep customer analytics bring to innovation. With 30 years in various roles at Merck, Amar led integrated sales and marketing teams, revitalized product performance through strategic planning and implementation, and was the Executive Director and Global Franchise Lead for hospital and specialty products at Merck’s headquarters in New Jersey.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from BN Chakravarthy University, India, Executive Marketing and Leadership certifications from McGill University, Montreal, and is currently a member of the Pharmacovigilance Network.
