Jeff is committed to delivering a best-in-class service experience for all of Innomar’s stakeholders, including manufacturers, healthcare providers, patients and payers. Jeff is dedicated to shaping a highly collaborative environment focused on customer results and performance excellence. Prior to Innomar, Jeff held positions as President of National Research Corporation Canada and Senior Vice President and General Manager of LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services.
With over 25 years of Canadian healthcare leadership experience, Jeff has a proven track record of driving results in complex environments, and a wealth of experience in operational and quality excellence with a focus on fiscal responsibility. Jeff has an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University School of Business and Economics, and a BSc from The University of British Columbia.
