Marnix de Kroon currently holds the position of Manager at INNOPAY, with a career trajectory that includes roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant within the same company since May 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Consultant at Bisnez from December 2016 to April 2020, and completing a Graduate Internship in Applied Innovation Exchange at Capgemini in 2016, focusing on innovation implementation strategies. Marnix's early career included an internship at Vanderlande, where optimization of the Adapto shuttle's exterior design in Warehouse Automation was undertaken. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Strategic Product Design from Technische Universiteit Delft and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by studies at Universitat Politècnica de València and Instituto Mester in Salamanca. Marnix is a graduate of Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen.
