With over two decades of experience, Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of Customer Innovations, Inc, founded and manages Reengineering CX, and works as a Senior Advisor at The Innovation Scout. Frank's background includes roles such as Senior Vice President at The Concours Group, eLoyalty, HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, and Vice President & Division Executive at Chase Manhattan Corporation. Frank has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
