Thiemo Werner is an Associate Partner at Innosight where he works with leadership teams to develop long-term growth strategies, build innovation capabilities and establish VC-like governance systems. He is experienced in leading multifaceted projects across Europe.
Prior to joining the firm, Thiemo worked on business model innovation in the healthcare industry for a leading German pharmaceutical company. In this role, Thiemo assessed healthcare start-ups, created new business concepts, and led initiatives to validate novel technologies in clinical trials. He also has experience working in management consulting at PwC, and at a technology startup in Canada.
Thiemo studied in Germany, Hungary, Portugal and England. He holds an MSc in Business Administration with a Major in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Católica Lisbon School of Business and an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University Management School.
