Paulina Kaminski

Paulina Kaminski currently serves as the Value Creation Lead for Strategy, Operations & M&A Growth at Innovaccer since March 2025. Previously, Paulina held the position of Manager in Strategy & Solution Design at Fold Health from January 2023 to December 2024. Paulina began working at Oxeon in August 2019, first as a Senior Associate and then as an Associate, contributing to various facets of the healthcare firm dedicated to talent and investment. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate for the FoodCORE initiative at the Connecticut Emerging Infections Program at the Yale School of Public Health and as an Associate Researcher at Yale School of Public Health. Paulina holds a Bachelor's Degree in the History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health from Yale University and a Master's degree in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale School of Public Health.
