Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Innovate! since June 2022, Rick leads initiatives in workflow automation and geospatial data analysis. Previously, as Executive Vice President at Meridian Technologies, Rick successfully scaled the business unit from $0 to $55 million and achieved consistent revenue growth, particularly during post-acquisition. Earlier roles include Vice President of Federal Service, where Rick managed the highest-performing business unit, and Director of Public Sector, responsible for launching and expanding federal operations. Rick’s career also includes strategic advisory roles and operations management at multiple organizations, backed by a strong educational foundation in Accounting, Computer Science, and Management from Oglethorpe University.
