Sean Luther

Sean Luther is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in urban development and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of InnovatePGH since October 2017, Sean previously held similar leadership roles at Envision Downtown and Downtown Roanoke, Inc. At Envision Downtown, Sean played a crucial role in shaping sustainable development initiatives for Pittsburgh's downtown area. As the Senior Director of the Pittsburgh 2030 District at Green Building Alliance, Sean managed partnerships and tracked progress towards energy efficiency goals. Earlier career roles include Economic Development Specialist at Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and Consultant at L Development/Consulting. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
