Fidan Sadigova is a seasoned project manager currently leading the "Technest" Scholarship Program at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency since May 2022, which aims to enhance national IT personnel development with over 3000 scholars involved. Prior experience includes working at McCann Baku from July 2021 to May 2022, delivering projects within budget and on time while actively contributing to creative proposals. From June 2019 to July 2021, Fidan served as Project Manager and Team Lead at Keepface, executing influencer marketing strategies and fostering customer service excellence to support company growth. Initial experience includes the role of Assistant Project Manager focused on market research for small to medium enterprises. Fidan holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Baku State University, completed in 2019.
